Turkish Capitan and Skipper Slaven in Marmaris (Turkey)

As this was the day of naval fiesta in Marmaris, where can you find some capitains except in nearby bars ;-). This guy was officer (or Capitan - I'm not sure any more) of some Turkish navy boat.
